1. Our commitment

Quillbook Office LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is checked whenever we make substantive changes to the site.

2. Measures we have taken

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• A visible “skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
• Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu and cookie banner, with visible focus styles.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error handling.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, which disables animation.
• Responsive layout that supports 200% zoom without loss of content.

3. Known limitations

The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible. Our full address and telephone number are always available in text form on the same page and in the footer of every page.
